My pin of the week-beef tips in gravy

AWESOME!!! Next time I will double this because it was completely eaten! Comfort food! No Peek Beef Tips - best served over mashed potatoes. Couldn't be easier!

I love this recipe.  It is so easy to make and tastes delicious.  You can follow the link to the website with the recipe. What you see in the picture are all the ingredients you need-just 5 things. You mix the ingredients together, put in a 9x13 baking dish, cover with some foil and let it bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.  Easy. Easy. Easy.  I like to make this on a day when we have some activities to do in the evening, so we can come home to the smell of wonderful meat cooking.  Serve it with some crusty french bread and a veg or salad.  Winner winner, beef tips dinner.
