Finally! School pictures for 2016!

Hey!  I finally found time to upload the boys' photos to be printed off, and saw that I'm right on schedule, as this was the same time last year that I was taking care of printing off yearly photos. Maybe, some day soon I will get the photos sent out.  Until then... Another year older, another year wiser....the boys, that is.  Here we are.....

The boys are growing...new school pics

Look at these handsome boys!  I sure do love 'em and and am loving watching them grow-even though sometimes, I would like them to stay small. But, we can't stop the hands of time.I could stare a these pictures for hours, taking in all their differences and similarities. Love. Love. Love. So, enjoy these pictures of my redheaded children in their odd numbered grades this year.   And, best of all, they all smiled!

Look at my precious girlies!  I actually enjoyed taking them to get their pictures taken a couple weeks ago, and the photographer did a great job getting some sweet pictures.

Working on checking things off my to-do list today.  Baking Cale's birthday cake, wrapping presents, never-ending laundry, cleaning, and uploading photos.  Friday is our "slow" day with just one basketball practice this evening.  And, I have to work.  Saturday promises to be chock-full of basketball with three of these boys having a practice and one with a game.  

For viewing enjoyment, here are their school pictures, taken in September.  I can't promise, but I'm hopeful to get these pics to all family members expecting pics by Christmas.

 Here are some I took with my phone last week.  I messed around with Instagram on a few of them.  That is one of my favorite apps to play with.  I love how you can change the look of the picture with the different exposures.  (And it's super easy to do)

moon photos

Finally!  I got some awesome photos of the moon!  It was so bright last Wednesday that I went outside and tried my camera on everysetting with flash and then no flash until I found one that worked.  Apparently "P" with the flash was the right one for that night.

Look at how close the zoom got!  You can see the craters.  Very cool.

And then, Friday night was the "blue moon".  It was the second full moon in the month of August and there won't be another month like that until July of 2015.  Again, thanks to Isaac, the sky was pretty cloudy and it made it hard to get a good picture.  And, for some reason, the same exact setting I used the other night, did not work that night.  But at least I got some photos, blurry as they may be.
